Please include your first and last name on your Urban Threadz account, order#, and product SKU or name of the item.
Returns on unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free items, in it's original packaging with tags still attached are accepted within 21 days from the delivery date.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at the warehouse.
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. NO EXCEPTIONS:

- · Gift with purchase, gift items, doorbusters,
- · Hats, socks, sunglasses, makeup, headbands
- · undergarments (including body suits)
- WIGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
